Care & wearing

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store apart from harder stones (diamond, sapphire, quartz) that can scratch the polish, and away from perfume and hairspray. Knotted bracelets are restrung every few years of daily wear.

Shipping & 7-day returns

Complimentary US shipping on orders over $250. Made-to-order pieces ship in 2–3 weeks; one-of-a-kind pieces in 2–3 business days. All parcels ship insured.

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery on unworn pieces with the security tag intact. Bespoke (Atelier), one-of-a-kind and engraved pieces are final sale.

Size & fit

Measure snugly around the wrist bone with a soft tape and add 1 cm for a close fit, 2 cm for a loose one. S fits a 14 cm wrist, M a 15.5 cm wrist, L a 17 cm wrist. Between sizes? Choose the larger; 8 mm beads sit better with a little room.

S 15 cm · M 16.5 cm · L 18 cm, measured clasp to clasp.

FAQ

Nephrite or jadeite? Both are jade. Nephrite is the tougher, finer-grained of the two, with a softer, waxier polish; jadeite is harder and glassier. Every JIE JIANG piece is natural nephrite jade — the species is written on the tag, and for high-value pieces a GIA identification report is available on request.

Does it change with wear? Physically, a little: nephrite is very tough but not scratch-proof, and over years of daily wear the polish takes on a softer sheen where it meets the skin. It does not fade or change colour.

Water and sweat? Fine for hand-washing and rain. Take it off for pools, hot tubs and sport: chlorine and sweat wear on silk thread and metal findings rather than on the stone. Dry it before storing.
