Shipping policy

We deliver only to street addresses in the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, parcel lockers, or package forwarding or reshipping services; orders to these addresses, or to any place outside these areas, are cancelled and the payment authorization released.

Complimentary shipping on orders of $200 or more. For orders under $200, a $59.99 shipping fee applies. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Orders ship from China with all customs duties and import fees paid by us (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). The total at checkout is all you pay; nothing is collected on delivery.

All pieces are in stock and ship in 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. Every order is verified before it ships — see our terms of service.

Signature on delivery: orders of $2,000 or more and all Atelier pieces ship with signature required on delivery, to the address in your order; we may also require a signature on other orders. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will usually leave a notice and try again. Once shipped, a parcel cannot be redirected to another address. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund to the original payment method.

All parcels are shipped insured.

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours through the contact page and keep the packaging; we will resolve it with the carrier.
