This store is operated by JIANG NJJ Inc. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices are in US dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers or cryptocurrency.

Order acceptance: your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email confirms that we have received it; it is not our acceptance. We accept your order, and the contract is formed, when we ship it and send you the shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel all or part of an order — for example, if it cannot be verified, if the delivery address is not eligible, or where our internal policies require it. If we do, we will tell you and release the payment authorization, or refund any amount charged to the original payment method. For most payment methods, payment is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships.

Order verification: we review every order before it ships. We may contact you, using the email address or phone number given with your order, to confirm the order and delivery details; we always do so for every Atelier piece and commission, and when an order, or your orders within any 30-day period together, total $2,000 or more. When an order, or your orders within any 30-day period together, total $10,000 or more, we also verify your identity before payment is taken: on a live video call, you show us an unexpired government-issued photo ID, and the name on it must match the cardholder or payment account holder. We do not keep a copy of the document; we record only its type, the place of issue, its expiry date and the date of the check. If an order cannot be verified and shipped by the end of the sixth calendar day after it was placed, we cancel it and release the payment authorization; you are welcome to order again. We will never ask for your card number, card security code or passwords.

Every piece is natural nephrite jade; species and treatment are stated on each product page. Because each stone is natural, color and grain vary slightly from the photographs — this is the nature of the material, not a defect.

In-stock pieces ship in 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. If an order cannot ship within the stated time — for example, because order verification is still in progress — we will, before that time, either tell you the new expected date and offer you the option to cancel, or cancel the order and release the payment authorization. Unshipped items can be cancelled from your account within 24 hours of purchase; after that, contact us through the contact page and we will cancel any order that has not yet shipped. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled and are covered by our return policy. Final-sale pieces (Atelier commissions and one-of-a-kind) cannot be cancelled from your account — contact us and we will cancel any unshipped order.

Price and description errors: we take care to show prices and descriptions accurately. If a price or description on our site is clearly wrong — for example, a typing error in a price — we may cancel the order before it ships, even after you have received an order confirmation. We will tell you and release the payment authorization, or refund in full any amount charged; where possible, we will offer you the piece at the correct price.

Delivery addresses: we deliver only to street addresses in the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box, an APO/FPO/DPO address, a parcel locker, a package forwarding or reshipping service, or any place outside these areas are cancelled. Orders of $2,000 or more and all Atelier pieces require a signature on delivery. To change the delivery address after checkout, we may need to cancel the order so that you can place it again. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address in your order.

Returns are governed by our refund policy. Atelier commissions, one-of-a-kind and engraved pieces are final sale.

Commissions: a commissioned piece is made to a written quote that sets out its specification, price, deposit, balance and lead time, and what happens to the deposit if the commission does not go ahead. The deposit and the balance are each paid as a separate order through our checkout, and each is verified like any other Atelier order. We do not accept payment outside our checkout, and we do not accept metals, stones or jewelry as payment, in trade or as material for a commission. Commissioned pieces are final sale.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
