We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers or cryptocurrency.</p><p>Every piece is natural nephrite jade; species and treatment are stated on each product page. Because each stone is natural, color and grain vary slightly from the photographs — this is the nature of the material, not a defect.</p><p>Made-to-order production begins shortly after the order is placed; if you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page.</p><p>Returns are governed by our refund policy. Atelier commissions, one-of-a-kind and engraved pieces are final sale.</p><p>All content on this site — text, photography, drawings and marks — belongs to JIANG NJJ Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.</p><p>To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned.
